Let's assume the Cost Price is CP and the Selling Price is SP
The article is generally sold as
CP x R / 100 = SP - (i)
If we sell the article at 2/3 of its SP then there is a loss of 10% which means
2SP / 3 = CP x 90 / 100
SP = CP x 9 x 15 / 100
By putting the SP value in the first equation
CP x R / 100 = CP x 9 x 15 / 100
R = 135
which means there is a profit of 35%
