Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure that the course you are enrolling in is suitable for your needs before completing the registration or making a payment.
- All fees paid are non-refundable. We kindly ask you to verify that the course meets your requirements before proceeding with the payment.
- Students are requested to go through all the policies carefully mentioned below for a better understanding of the course and test series before making a purchase.
Sign in & Basic-Tech related policies
- We do not store or save any user passwords, as sign-in is securely managed through Google.
- Students must use their own personal Gmail ID while enrolling in a course.
- Once a course is purchased, the registered email ID cannot be changed. You will need to log in using the same email ID.
- Students are solely responsible for remembering their Gmail ID and password. We are not liable if the email account becomes inaccessible, forgotten, or lost or for any reason.
- Accessing courses, signing in using your email ID, deleting cookies, installing Apps etc. require basic technical skills. Please ensure you are comfortable with these functions before purchasing.
One Device Policy
- Only one device can be logged in at a time; if you sign in from another device, the previous session will automatically be signed out.
- This course is strictly intended for individual use only. If you encounter any issues while attempting to share your course with others, we will not be liable to assist in such matters.
- We strongly recommend that you do not share your login credentials with anyone. In case your account is misused, compromised, or causes any harm due to sharing, or If someone blocks your access you will be solely responsible.
Internet & In-App Policies
- All lecture videos, notes, test series, and other study materials are available exclusively through our app/website and are not available for download.
- This platform is intentionally designed as an internet-based service, and therefore all courses and test series are accessible online only.
- Accessing videos and content requires an active internet connection. Please ensure you have sufficient data and a stable network for uninterrupted usage.
- Some universities, institutions, or networks may block access to certain video or image content. Please verify that videos and images load properly on your network before purchasing.
- The course may not function optimally on older devices. Please verify compatibility before enrolling.
Limited Validity Policy
- Courses and test series have limited validity. Once the validity period ends, access to the content will no longer be available. To continue learning, you may need to re-enroll.
- After the course or test series expires, any saved tests or progress will also no longer be accessible.
- No separate top-up or short-term validity extension is provided—whether paid or due to illness or any other reason. You are requested to carefully select the validity period that best suits your needs at the time of purchase.
- Validity cannot be paused, extended, or resumed under any circumstances. Requests for temporary pauses due to exams, personal schedules, or any other reasons will not be entertained.
Course & Test Series Features Policies
- Courses on our platform include video lectures, in-app notes, and may also include a PYQ-based test series, with multiple videos per module. Please note that PYQs are not provided in a year-wise format within courses; year-wise PYQs are available separately in a dedicated PYQ Test Series.
- Our PYQ Test Series consists of multiple small tests with up to 50 questions each, created from our internal PYQ database and covering various sections of the selected exam. We do not provide section-wise or year-wise PYQ lists—content is delivered strictly in test format. Questions may repeat once the database is fully exhausted.
- Students are requested to carefully review all features included in each course or test series before purchasing.
- Features may vary from one course/test series to another. For example, doubt-solving support via email, in-app notes may or may not be available in some courses or test series.
- It is the responsibility of the student to check and understand all clearly mentioned features on the respective course or test series page before enrollment.
- It is the student’s responsibility to apply any applicable promo code at the time of purchase. If a student fails to apply a promo code during checkout, they will not be eligible for a refund, discount adjustment, or validity extension afterward.
