Total readers in 2019 = M
Total readers in 2023 = N

Now,
Total readers in City A (10%) in 2019 = M x 10 / 100
Total readers in City A (15%) in 2023 = N x 15 / 100

=> (M x 10 x 100) / (N x 15 x 100) = 2 / 5
=> 2M / 3N = 2 / 5
=> M / N = 6 / 10 = 3 / 5
=> 3:5

2019 में कुल पाठक = एम
2023 में कुल पाठक = N

अब,
2019 में शहर ए में कुल पाठक (10%) = एम x 10/100
2023 में शहर ए में कुल पाठक (15%) = एन x 15/100
