Total Readers in 2019 = 430000
Then, total readers of City B + City C = 14% + 17% = 31% = 430000 x 31 / 100
=> 133300

Given,
Total Readers in 2023 = 570000
Then, total readers of City B + City C = 16% + 28% = 44% = 570000 x 44 / 100
=> 250800

Now,
Their difference = 250800 - 133300 = 117500
=> 1.175 lakh

दिया गया,
2019 में कुल पाठक = 430000
फिर, शहर बी + शहर सी के कुल पाठक = 14% + 17% = 31% = 430000 x 31/100
=> 133300

दिया गया,
2023 में कुल पाठक = 570000
फिर, शहर बी + शहर सी के कुल पाठक = 16% + 28% = 44% = 570000 x 44/100
