the income of Company D in 2020:
I= i + 10%i
40 = i +0.10i = 1.10i
=> i = 40/1.10 = 36.36 million (approx)
The profit in 2020 was 20%, so:
Profit% = i-e/e *100
20 = (36.36-e)/e *100
0.2*e = 36.36-e
e+0.2e = 36.36
1.2e = 36.36
