The International Solar Alliance (ISA) is an initiative launched in 2015 to promote solar energy use globally, particularly among countries situated between the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn.
While several countries, including Australia, the United Kingdom, and Japan, have signed and ratified the ISA Framework Agreement, China has not officially signed or ratified the agreement.
